Hey guys I am having some trouble with my getting my clutch to release all the way. Right now it is on the floor. Here is my clutch setup. Zoom Stage 2 Clutch with a heavier than stock pressure plate along with a Fidanza aluminum flywheel, I also have a new clutch master and slave cylinder along with a stainless line. Anyways I have bleed the system 5 or 6 times now. I have tried the pump it then hold the pedal down all the way then open the bleeder and close then release the pedal. I have also done the open the bleeder and then push the pedal then close the bleeder. The second one got the air out of the system and is the way my mechanic told me to do it. I have also adjusted the pedal assembly by getting the nut on the safety switch all the way out so there is minimal play in the pedal. I have also adjusted the on the master cylinder till the so the slave can be pushed in. I was also told to remove the restrictior in the slave to help some. I am tired of driving the car and not being able to use some gears as the transmission is very notchy in all gears. Any ideas on what to do to get my clutch off the floor. Want to get this fixed so I can use all my gears and not mess up my transmission.

If your bleeding it like that and its not keeping pressure in the line then somethings leaking air into the hydraulic system. Its a shot in the dark but a friend had his 1g master cylinder go bad while we were out in town. We made it to a local car parts store that happened to have a 1g master cylinder in stock but when we were installing it the line wouldn't hold pressure. We found the leak at a crack in the brand new master cylinder reservoir.

Bleed the clutch again and once its nice and firm have someone sit in the car and hold the clutch pedal down while your under the hood looking for leaks. Check everything that has clutch fluid passing through it even the new master/slave cylinders you have.

Don't have any leaks. Car has not lost fluid I just changed the line and finally got the air out of the system only to still have it on the floor. After 4 weeks off dd driving fluid level had not changed.

I'm not trying to be a smart ass, just putting that out there because its hard to read voice tone in a post but... How can you DD the car if the clutch pedal is stuck to the floor and never engages? Thats great news it doesn't leak, I guess I read your OP wrong.

It sounds like you adjusted it right but use this write-up I've used when adjusting my clutch.

The clutch does engage it just does it on the floor. So I am not getting full release out of the pedal. So when I am driving all the gears are notchy because of the clutch still being somewhat engaged when I am changing gears. Thanks for the idea cause I did double check for leaks last night.
