If you can't find the problem, then start from one end and fallow the sorcuit.
If I were you I would start from the headlight, tuen on the head lights and check if you have power and ground at the head light connector. Once you see what you have there, then you will know what to do or post the results to Gide you to the next test.

Checking the headlights for ground and power would almost be a waste of time since they are on a separate circuit. OP should do what you mentioned, but not to that circuit. Rather the power and ground for the tail lights, gauge cluster and running lights. Good idea, just wrong circuit.

The turn lights I'd be willing to bet is a complete separate issue from the rest. Turn on your hazard switch to see if they all come on and blink or not.

Sounds like a bad 2g dimmer switch.

To test, unplug the dimmer switch connector under the dash. It should be a 4 pin inline connector with 3 wires on it - black with yellow stripe, black, and green with white stripe. On the harness side plug, jumper the black with yellow stripe wire to the black wire. The dash lights should now go on full when taillights are on.

For dimmer functionality: When you find out just how expensive a new 2g dimmer is (which is different than the 1g one), you may decide to just stay with this fix (or go used).

The turn signal light not blinking is usually a bad turn signal bulb on the front or rear.

Yeah I tried the hazard lights nothing happends. Im hoping its the dimmer ### some idiot pained it white. I do have another dimmer switch off my race car I will try tonight and see what happends and see what happends with the turn signals. I know they worked when I drove it home but had that really fast blinking. Thanks guys ill let everyone know what happends hopefully this fixes it

It was the dimmer switch. Thanks so much man saved me
