2G FWD sub-frame oem rubber spacers order

I have my front sub-frame out of the car right now and I know there are the rubber spacers and I believe big washers? The rubbers go between the sub-frame and the car or the bolt and the sub-frame? I saw a few diagrams that I have saved but they don't go into that detailed. If someone can post pics of it that would help me out. I'm not trying to replace them just figure out the order.

I found this diagram. Its not to detailed on the bushing part. The bushings are in there but I need to know where the rubbers and washers go. If anyone can help or put some thought would be great.

Can anyone give insight on how the bolt and nuts go back in?
