FWD Big Axle measurements

Hi Guys, Looking for some help.

I'm looking for measurements on the CV for the FWD 93+ axles.
Basically looking to make a hybrid axle, and hopefully slide on different cups depending what the measurements come back at.

Could anyone lend a hand?

Alright. I don’t know what setup your detailing with. I’ve found all the CV’s are the same in FWD.

Autozone lists specifications for parts.

Looks like 37.25 compressed is the length.

No they are no all the same. 93-94 where a bigger cv all the way around. The only thing the same size is the spline section that goes through the hub.

Thanks guys. I need to know how big the cv is on the fwd. Or atleast the OD of the axle bar end where the splines are.

Looking at sliding on 3S cups.
