OK well it started the other day, I started my car and was driving home and then my car felt like it totally bogged down, It would idle but bogged when I pushed the gas. I then pulled into a parking lot and revved the hell out of the car and it straightened out and was fine all the way home. Well I go outside the next day to leave and the car will only start for 1/2 a second and stall out, after a few tries it will just crank over now but no start. I let it sit for a min or two and then it starts, runs at (100)rpm for about 6 seconds then dies, after it dies it does the 1/2 second thing again. So I'm like what the hell and sprayed starting fluid into the intake start it up and holding WOT it starts and runs normal after some persuasion. Now I'm totally lost. I turn the car off to see if it will start again and it doesn't, it's back to the beginning. Well after scratching my head for a while I notice the ASD/MFI and fuel pump relay are not clicking, and the fuel pump is not priming when I first start the car. What the hell could this be, it makes no sense. I know I'm not getting prime, I know the fuel pump relay and MFI relay are not clicking, but if i force start with starting fluid it will run great, so I am getting spark, timing is great and sensors are fine.

OK well I'm not sure 100% about this but the problem is fixed. I unplugged the ECU and took into my house for 2 days, I went out to my car plugged it in and the relay clicked and the car started up. I did change the relay for the fuel pump. I'm not saying this was the problem because the ECU was whistling at first and tonight when I put it in after changing the relay it wasn't whistling. I did check with old relay and no whistling again but car wouldn't start. So either the relay was bad and back feeding, or something else was back feeding.
