420A 2GNT ASD Relay Removal

I have a 97 Gs n/t and having starting issues. Im not getting a constant 12v to the coil and I had a similar problem in the past that resulted it in beeing the ASD Relay.

Is it to bad or not possible to remove the asd relay all together? or configuring it so that it runs with the fuel pump relay?

The fuel pump primes and the relay ticks so I know this one is working.

This relay is a real pain if it were possible to remove it, it would be perfect.
