whats the asd relay function?

im asking because where its suposed to be theres nothing there suposed to be three relays there but i dont have any also my car works fine exept the my fuel pressure gauge shows 100 psi any guess?

The ASD relay supplies power for the coil pack and injectors, and triggers the alternator. You have it. If it is not in the location specified, check down below. Somebody may have removed the mounting bracket, and the relays may be dangling.

well i will check but what about the 100psi of fuel
o yes i have them but it seams that the one that goes in the middle is missing
also whats the etax relay

Check the return line for kinks/clogs, otherwise your FPR is faulty.

my fuel rail doesnt have a return line ive been looking for a fuel rail with it and i dont find it also can i buy another fpr that to decrease the pressure without needing the fuel rail?

Your '95 fuel rail should have the FPR on one end, and two fuel lines on the other end, one of which will be the return.

i know but it doesnt have it i bought the car this way but buying a fpr can solve the problem of the high pressure

You need to find what is controlling your fuel now. Look under your car, in front of the fuel tank. If your FPR is there, with the fuel filter, than you have a late model fuel system. (for some reason)

Before you start buying stuff, you need to find out how your fuel system is setup now.

ooo well i will look tomorrow then ill let you know maybe it has to be that the car had an neon engine then i was swap for an actual engine taken fron an eclipse
