I have a problem with my car it runs very lean like 18.0 to not registering at all on the aem wide band it takes multiple tries to start it up. An when I do get it started it seems to cut back very bad above 2500 rpms. Boost is set to 15 psi right now and the cel light comes on every time I press on the gas but goes off when I take foot off the gas. But some times when I drive it it would do it and then once I get up to speed it runs fine afr would be around 11.5 to 13.5 I changed o2 sensor thinking it needed a new one it has new fuel pump new fuel rail and afpr but I notice yesterday the gauge on the afpr has stop showing fuel pressure so I dk what to do can anyone help

Yes and found a coupler came loose but I fixed that and still doing the same thing. What about the fuel pump

Pull the vacuum line off your afpr while your car is running(or activate fuel pump on dsmlink) if there is fuel coming out at all your diaphragm is torn and you need to get a new diaphragm for it.
