fuel filter or fuel pump relay?

My car hesitates and feels as if its hitting boost cut as soon as it hits around 3000 rpm
could this be caused by a bad fuel filter or something like that?

Mods are in profile if any one is concerned

Pull your plugs out and look them over and see what kind they are. Should be a set of NGK BPR7ES. Make sure they are clean and gapped to .028" and .031". Fuel filter could cause it as well if it was plugged but sounds like either a spark plug problem or a boost leak. Do a boost leak test. If you don't know how then read up on it. It's simple. Pressurize the system on the turbo inlet and see if air leaks out. You can also do it while the car is running with some water and soap in a squirt bottle. Soak your IC piping, exhaust manifold...anything that see's boost.

also check your spark plug wires too. and to go onto the fuel side of it, do a fuel pressure and volume test.

checked gap and replaced wires problem was still there I think that I might have gottin it though I went and had my codes pulled and I had a random miss fire code which I think was causing my car to pull the timing further and further till the car wouldn't run so I went and used the magnus method to take care of this. I hope it works I just drove it a few miles and it seemed to run fine, but only time will tell.
