i am buying a fuel pressure gauge from summit and their 2 to choose from what should i get?

1. Fuel pressure 0-15 psi(outside mount)


2. Fuel pressure 0-100 psi (outside mount)

Get a 0-100 PSI electric inside one.

If you want to spend $150+....

The cabin-mount FP gauges are nice to have since you can see if you're losing fuel pressure while you're driving, but it's not a necessity.

0-100PSI engine-bay mounted is what I have.

0-15PSI is for carbureted cars.

Nothing. As long as it's a liquid filled gauge, it'll work just fine with an AFPR for setting your base fuel pressure.

one more ques see i had bought a oil pressure gauge and i called the place i am taking it to, pruven and they said they can't install because its mechinal and i called summit i not paying 190 for a fuel gauge :thumbdown now i already asked pruven about trans temp gauge they say they never installed one before, so i found in mag a water temp gauge electrical now will i have any probelms w/ this one will it work fine casue its electrical and not mechanical??

Any oil,fuel,or water gauges that mount in car need to be electrical because you don't want to to run lines to the cabin, that's why they are way more expensive.

ok but in summit mag the electrical water temp is only 40 bucks, ok to get

Yeah, water temp isn't that hard to do as electric since it's easy to convert degrees to an electric resistance.

Pressure is a bit harder to do, so they cost more.
