I’ve got a leak from this fuel line, what should I do to properly fix it? I’ve been temporarily fixing it by just squeezing the metal clamp with pliers until it leaks again. Any suggestions are appreciated 🙌

You also to appear to be using AN fittings with what looks like a piece of old stock hose. If its a pushon fine. If it isn't, AN fittings are typically proprietary to their own hose brand. Keep this in mind when you redo it. As stated above you need to get rid of the stock FPR. Defeats the purpose of even adding an aftermarket regulator.

Thank you both! I’ll look into getting an AFPR. I’ll try to figure out what brand the fittings are. I got the car from someone who just kinda slapped a few mods on it and got bored with it, so there’s a lot of unknowns with the car LOL

You already have an AFPR. The previous owner left the stock FPR on the rail feeding into the AFPR, so it's not actually doing anything.

I see. So I just need to get rid of the stock FPR, use that kit linked above, and clarify fittings used?
Use what fittings you need. Whatever is on there now i would question and/or remove. It isn't right. If you dont know about AN fittings you should investigate or ask. Its important to use the right fittings and that they are assembled correctly. Fuel is not something to take lightly. Not all hose types are compatible with fuel. You need to know.

Yes you would take the stock FPR off (2 bolts to remove it).
The part that replaces it on the end of the fuel rail is included in the kit shown by dwb in post #2 but they don't show a very good picture of it.
So for a better look at that one part, or if you wanted to buy it separately, here it is. The o-ring end of it fits into the fuel rail. The other end of it is for hose with -6AN fittings.
STM -6AN Fuel Rail Fitting (FRF-6L) for 1G DSM Outlet

Usually people mount the AFPR somewhere on the firewall which is why these kits come with longer hoses.

This fitting comes straight out (doesn't have a 90 degree elbow on the end) so your hose needs to have a 90 on one end to go there, or I think it will run into the timing belt cover.

Here I have pics of how I did mine with the STM fitting on the outlet end of the fuel rail, hose I made up from components, and in the 2nd pic you can see the AFPR just barely, on a stand-off bracket on the firewall.

In both pics the fitting on the outlet end of the fuel rail is partly hidden by the plug wires and throttle cable. But the 2 bright red washers under the bolt heads stand out pretty well where the fitting is. This is how my car was in 2015. But I'm still using the same fitting, hose, AFPR, and fuel rail today. Just everything else is different! 🤣
