Ok, I just did an Entire rebuild on a 1g 4g63T 6bolt. I removed balance shafts, installed 2g pistons,1g rods, balanced everything...head supposed to have a 3 angle valve job(not sure) but the car idles like trash and wont stay running. It sounds like it is misfiring. We haven't used a timing light on it yet but we have the CAS really close to where it should be. Its Running really rough. At first the timing was way off and wouldn't start...now its close and wont stay running and runs bad. The plug ends are all getting spark...and they are bran new plugs. Could this be fuel related? Could my injector not be opening? Or could it just be the ignition timing? I have no Idea.

Thanks in advance.

P.S. I installed a Greddy E-manage Blue. Im not getting any Error codes through it. The adjustments are all set to +- 0%.

Check the gap on the plugs, too much/too little may mess you up
Look for simple air leaks around engine, that got me on my first swap,(LOL i ended up driving on a block intake gasket for 6 months)
Check all ground on engine are good, I ended up having to run all new grounds, my original stuff was so trashed. This made a HUGE difference.
Check your ISC valve.
Check the throttle switch.
