Trying to decide between these two turbos and having trouble. They are both on Forcedperformance website. I see they both flow 65lbs per minute. I know the 3065 uses the gt30 wheel and the 3582 uses the gt35 wheel. How can these two flow the same. What are the advantages and disadvantages of the two. Thanks for all the help I knew you guys would be the best to ask.

They are speaking in terms of compressor wheel flow. The 35R wheel will offer lower backpressure and combined with the larger turbine housing will have a little more lag. For more detailed information you should just call FP.

That is a REALLY good price on the 35R btw.
 
Yeah I agree and that is a factor that is hard to resist. I did some more searching and think I am going to go with the FP3065. Saw it at the track this sunday and was impressed. Be on the look out for an 02 WRX with a FP3065 (just think that is cool and different) as soon as I can get my engine done. Thanks for help as always
