2G FP Green Turbo Install

Installed a FP Green Turbo brand new from forced performance along with intake manifold. I’m having a hard time finding out why I can’t build any boost. I don’t see any leaks from anywhere and it’s an internal wastegate am I probably missing a step after installation such as adjusting boost controller? My gauge reads -3 when start up


Any advice??

That's not nearly enough vacuum at idle. You have a leak somewhere.
