It's crazy to think that you can go 8's on Jun 272 cams, JMF race intake and a bolt-on journal bearing FP Black.

50 shot to the 1/8thCool, how big of a shot?

. It makes me wanna upgrade everything BUT my turbo
. Super awesome video thank you for posting
What specifically about this setup do you think is leveraged towards making max power? It's a small exhaust housing, 272 cams, and the race, not drag manifold? It uses nitrous at the line to get the turbo up on the convertor. Once it gets near the 2 step rpm, nitrous shuts off. on the "nitrous" pass they turned in on again down track.
The nitrous to spool really doesn't help the et (provided they could still it on the convertor). Where it helps, is that it lets you build a setup less comprimised towards building torque at low rpm, and build a setup that will make more power. If they had to be strict no nitrous it would likely slow down as it might require a smaller intake, less cam, and a looser converter to allow it to get on the convertor. At least in a time frame that would make it competitive to actually race.
All 3 of those. It's still a plenty big exhaust housing. What specifically about this setup do you think is leveraged towards making max power? It's a small exhaust housing, 272 cams, and the race, not drag manifold?
It's hard to disagree considering the guy went 8's.All 3 of those. It's still a plenty big exhaust housing.
its a girlIt's hard to disagree considering the guy went 8's.

. Good job!!!!!Oh, gotcha. Tom Noonen didn't go 8s; his daughter did.its a girl
There has been mention recently that FP had a 10cm2 DSM-flanged housing in the works...wonder if this was a test run?All 3 of those. It's still a plenty big exhaust housing.
