flash ecu 1998 help

hey im trying to figure out how to flash my 98 auto gsx ecu in my friends 95 eclipse with 6 bolt?
my question is : what items do i need to have to tune it ?
are where can i get these parts

Took me 2 minutes from my iPhone including posting.

98-99 ecu
openport 2.0 cable
2.5mm plug with a wire connected to pin 79 on the ecu
evoscan
ecuflash
