first upgrades and brands

Hey guys, I just bought my98 gst a week ago. So far im loving it. It is a head turner. Now im looking into doing mods. I just ordered hids for the fogs and low beams. Now im looking into performanfe parts. As of now im planing on get the k&n fipk intake which from what I understand is just a filter and adapter for the maf. Im also looking into getting a turbo manifold and catback. This is the part im stuck on. Im used to owning a american v6 so im not sure what are good dependable brands for a Japanese turbo. My question is what are good brands that actually benefit performance and dont just look nice. And what catback would have a nice little rumble and not be loud and obnoxious like a civic?
