My first log had quite a bit of knock. I've checked my bases and fuel they all seem to within the norm. I do still have a little bit of knock in the higher rpms though here's the log.

Note; also I realize I still need to get my wideband yet also I think I'll be picking up speed density and get the useless MAF out of there. Brand suggestions would be nice thanks

Yes. a few of those areas with knock seem to but under rich conditions. 10.4, 10.2, 9.6.. I would go though the timing and fuel maps and adjust accordingly. Pull some fuel in those areas of the map are running rich and drop timing a smidge and some of those areas.
Also what are your mods, there isn't nothing in your profile?
What is you boost set at? the BoostEst is topping out at 9psi, your InjDuty is 70% (at most) at WOT and you running pig rich.
Also it seems that your ThrottlePos is topping out at 97%, I would look into that.

the 2g maf will flow over 40lbs correct? thats a TON. i dont know why, besides a cleaner engine bay, you would go with sd. unless ## shooting for over 400 hp

Because its trendy? I like SD, and its nice if you are out on a cruise an blow off a coupler. But I still keep an Evo8 MAS handy for calibration when I change the setup.

But there are disadvantages too. For instance occasionally not knowing you have a boost leak till other symptoms show up.

Or building a setup from scratch and having to tune the VE table on your own, while also dialing in new injectors. That can cause a headache, especially if for whatever reason our FrontO2 or UEGO isn't spot on or you have a weak pump/bad voltage/clog or kink somewhere.

Ask me how I know ;D

SD has nothing to do with a power goal. You can clamp any of a few different MAFs with Link and run them past their intended point. But then the signal gets whacky. Which is why people step up the GM MAFs eventually and ran big power on those for years before SD.
