So after a little bit of trial and error I finally have a tune that I am happy with. It pulls real hard and it's scary fast. Of course nothing is perfect so if you guys see room for improvement please let me know. Thanks in advance.

They're actually around 11:8 but my wb in link is a little off. Also the boost is actually 27-28psi not 32-35.

Also with e85 I've been told 12:0 afr's are good. Anyone else want to check this out? I'm open to critisism:D

It depends how lean you want to go. I stay around 12.8:1 at 35psi and 21* of advance. I wouldn't recommended this if you don't know what you're doing. 12:1 is a good starting point.

didn't get a look at the log... .But,

Stay there till as your target and the AFR your hitting the best you can till you get things dialed in to the last Bit... .

Everyone says go leaner... . But there are not a lot of gains at higher boost from going as lean as everyone is saying(just because you can with out knocking doesn't mean you should) and the higher your HP the less room for a margin for error your going to have going leaner... .

Just because the next guy runs 13:1 at 18psi don't mean everyone can YMMV

That's exactly what I was thinking. I'll keep it at 11:8.

I'm at work at the moment so I will try and repost my log then.

Why didn't you go to redline? I'd like to see your 70-90 time. :thumb:

Personally I like my MAS calibrated so I know my actual lb/min airflow.

You can probably get away with more timing or running leaner. You can add timing or pull away fuel and compare 70-90 times and see if there is improvement. Maybe start with pulling fuel since 11.8:1 is kind of rich for E-85. I run 12.5:1 on 60% E-85 :D

You sure are pulling a lot of fuel to be @ 11.8:1 AFR. I am only pulling 15% and seeing 12.5:1. Whats your base fuel pressure?

It seems like your turbo is spooling a little slow. I don't know anything about the 60-1, but I would figure full boost sooner than 5200 on E-85. I'm thinking maybe pre-turbo exh leaks, or WG partially blowing open. Like I said, I know nothing about the spool characteristics of that turbo, but your airflow is still climbing at 6400 rpms.

I wanted to but a car cut me off on the highway so I had to slow down:banghead: I don't have any pre-exhaust leaks; I just think 60-1's are a little lazy. It also could be that I run 272 cams. I hear those can slow spool time down a few hundred RPM's? This turbo is temporary and I plan on getting something else in a few months like a hx40 7 blade or a PTE 6262.

My base fuel pressure is 44 psi. Maybe because my injectors are 1450's?

I was happy with the horsepower I was making at 6300. I have the hp estimate set up to show 0% drivetrain loss so I believe that that hp number should be close to acuurate.

I have a nice flat on-ramp to an interstate that I use. Tree lined on both sides and about 1/4 mile until it starts to curve. No worry about traffic and I'm usually by myself.

The torque and HP curve look good! It does look like the turbo wants more boost and revs :D The tune looks good too, but you can be more aggressive with E-85 if you're comfortable.

FWIW, I run 60% E-85 with 22* timing, 12.5:1 AFR & 35 psi on an HX 35. Gotta love corn juice :hellyeah:

Thanx! This is my first time tuning so the feedback is much appreciated. I'm going to have to put off tuning for a while since out of nowhere yesterday my car jumped timing and bent valves while starting:cry:
