I don't know how to tune cold start. The problem I got is when the car is cold it will be super rich 11.0 10. Or even 9.0 on the wide band how do I tune it to be 14.7? Thanks to all that reply:hellyeah:

How long does it stay rich? Are you sure it just isn't your wideband sensor warming up? The engine will stay in open loop for a while as well when warming up to operating temps...

e85? I had to take a bunch of fuel out of my warm up, mine would sit at 10 on stock coolant tables or stall from flooding.. post a log and we can all take a look at whats up with it..

Your ECU adds fuel when the motor is cold.

Here is the table it uses with temps and fuel adjustments.

You could change it to all zeros, but why try and hit 14.7 right from dead cold.....it's there for a reason and only lasts a few minutes.

I had to cut my 52 and below in half to get it to be at 12 during warm up. Mine is from e85 not burning well cold though

Thank to all the car will be at 11 10 9 my think is will it hurt the car being that rich? And will try 12 ish to 13. It's been like that every sense I put in the 950cc injectors. Didn't do it before.

Theoretically theres a chance of washing cylinders. Cut your values in half and see where she idles warming up. Just type in the numbers from 52 and below.. you can always up them or lower them more.

Trying to adjust them while idling is a pain because your car will be warming. I fine tuned mine over 4 to 5 morning starts.

This makes me think you didnt tune the injectors properly in Link when you installed them.

If they were dialed in properly then you should have seen no change in AFR's from the old injectors to the new tuned injectors.

Care to post a log of the car idling after warmed up?

My bigger injectors have always done this.. but a log would help us figure everything out.

I went from stockers to 2150cc high z and my cold starts do not do this.

If your deadtimes and global are properly set there should be almost no change at all.

Deadtime should be the exactly what the manufacturer says but the global fuel % has to be dialed in while watching the logs.

Takes some messing around, but once dialed in there is no change in the AFR's from stockers to the new injectors.

When it warmed up it's good idle 14.7 cruise same. Just at cold start when it's warming up than it goes a way. Plus it's been super cold here lately I'm try tuning the coolant temps I'll post what happens

Theoretically you are correct but ive tuned a few sets of rc1200 that need different deadtimes. Ive also tuned cars with low z injextors that do this same thing.

Change the coolant temps like i suggested and see what happens.

I wouldn't expect the deadtimes to be the same between 2 injectors let alone 2 SETS of injectors.

Thats why link has an individual deadtime adjustment in it.

@NOOB1GDUDE you may be at 14.7 but what are your fuel trims? Does your BoostEst match your Boost sensor? Does your AFREst match your WB? I'm curious to see a log as I am betting the aforementioned are off.

My wide band is set as a stand a lone. So it's not logged I just look. And they are off could never get them to match. As of rite now I'm just focusing on driving to work and back no wot pulls idle and cruising only as I am still waiting on parts. Will keep u all posted this weekend when I have some time to fix the car.

Well without a working loggable wideband i wouldnt change anything. There is other stuff to fix first
