First time Start Up!!!

Hello everyone brand new here, but i have a dsm for about a yr, and we are just finishing a rebuilt, and my question is what's the best what to prime the oil pump so its not a dry start??? help help I dont want to start it up unitl i have oil threw out the system....

I always prime the oil pump when I have the tb off, but i don't have balance shafts so it makes it a little bit easier..
