I looked at that but wasn't sure. Do I adjust the startup options or wb switch points? Thanks snow boarder I'm just not real sure on anything. Don't wanna tear anything up. I'll try again in a bit and post another log. I done a blt too and got everything fixed. :thumb:

my coolant temp connector broke so that's why it says -74. any idea why my idle is so high? I have a nt throttle body and I bypassed the coolant lines for the fiav. I have a block off plate too but its not installed.

ok does this look better? timing is on. Adjustable cam gears are at zero, no exhaust leaks or intake leaks. I got my biss as close to 30 as I could, throttle cable is right, I checked my isc, set my tps, 7es plugs gapped. motor only has about 5 miles on it so I cant do a compression test. airflowperrev is .28. he said .25 is a 2.0 liter but I have a 2.3 so would that make it a little higher? sorry im completely new to this. oh and its a 97 ecu.

I done a cruise log today and made some adjustments. I smoothed out what it recommended and on the way home I got a p0300 code. I don't think it is from those adjustments though because the car felt like it had a small misfire or studder before and after. I changed my plugs from bpr7es to 6es gapped to .028 and all the plugs looked the same. I have no cat and my plug wires seem to be in good shape, hardly any miles and no cuts. any recommendation on what I should check first? plug wires, coil packs, cam sensor, injectors? would it matter where I mounted my coil packs and transistor? ill attach my cruise log if that will help

You still have to tune the idle .Yours airflow per rev is to high 0.33 (should be 0.25 0.27 ). Start to lever 0 & 50 HZ sliders until airflow per rev is 0.25 after apr is set look at STFT and ad some global dead time so STFT is close to zero .

If he loops the line he can. It wouldn't allow any excess air in/out of the throttle body.

How would looping coolant lines keep excess air out of the throttle body? The warm coolant is there to heat the thermostat in the fiav and close it to lower idle rpm, without warm coolant to the wax pellet it will stay open and force the throttle body to suck extra air through the fiav bypass port in the throat of the throttle body, unless he installs a block off plate or fills in the bypass port in the throttle body throat then his idle will be high and wont be able to be adjusted with the biss screw.

I have my biss set to 30. I'll go ahead and just hook my coolant lines up. I didn't have any issues with it just needed hoses. So I should still have .25 apr on a 2.3 with load scale at 87%?

got a cruise log and afterwards made some adjustments on my idle log. something still isn't right it's missing a little bit. seems like its running a little lean. on my cruise log I had some knock @ 820 sec or so and I got a cylinder 1 misfire code also. any advice? my boost est. is off quite a bit too. probably like by 6 or so.

got a clip of the cruise log.
