Fill plug is stripped really bad, I bought a bolt extractor kit at autozone and didnt work. Is there another way I can take it out

Give vice grips a try, or a real bolt extractor. The kind where you have to drill a hole into the metal and hammer the extractor in to grip. I think those work better than the kind I think you used. Try the vice grips first though.

Heat, Seafoam Deep Creep and some vice grips. You could also weld a nut to it. Heat and Deep Creep will be your friend here. I all else fails, you could fill it through the Reverse sensor as stated. Just be sure you are putting in the right amount of fluid.
 
Those bolts are always in there very tight. None of the above will work except for welding.That head Is completely rounded off. You need to weld a nut to the top of that and use a breaker bar. Easy
