There is a company that makes rims that look like little teddy bears.
As to the "sparkle" I would have it painted with a dark dark green or blue with a mediunm amount of silver metal flake. That will dazzle in the sunlight! Ive also seen tint that you can see through at one angle but if the car moves past you and the sun glares off it, its got almost an irridesent pink look with alot of glitter in it.

you could paint the car pink put the hawaian seat covers on that makes it more "girly" get some pink underglow some pink accent tubes for the inside... i dunno i just thought of those off the top of my head

No, you can't... there's a chick here that had her mommy and daddy buy her car, and paint it all pink, and throw pink underglow, and a pink wing, and pink accent tubes, and pink seat covers... she named the car after a pink sex toy. I feel SOOO sorry for that car! I want to steal it and de-rice it, and paint it any color than Pink... then grab the plates that read "BARBI" and pee on them, and then burn them... and then burn the wing.

My girlfriends car has a ton of stuff hanging from the mirror interior pieces are painted pink, and shes got some shit on her windows kinda like beads but not exactly beads, pink steering wheel cover, the interior lights have pink covers on them. Its not really somehting i like but she absolutely loves it.
