It's been awhile since I did a 4g63 top end. This kit has a few things I can't identify. I took a screen shot from extremepsi.com
4 orings, look like fuel injector? A skinny orings about the size of the water pipe but it isnt.
Here are pics. The big oring is a water pipe oring (not included but should be) and the kit does not include the 95 96 cas block off seal on the throttle body side.
Lastly this felt gasket which has to be the air cleaner part mentioned but I've never seen it. Starting to wonder if the fel pro kits on rockauto had errors. There should be at least one water pipe oring I would think. You can see the skinny oring is the same size but it obviously isn't the right one.

Would definitely vote the (4) as injector O-rings. Check that one of the list.

Is the thin o-ring for the ISC?

The felt one, I couldn’t say what it is, exactly, but can say with a fair amount of confidence you won’t use it.

Fel-Pro does have a tendency to provide gaskets that aren’t always used in their kits, like it was made to cover more than one engine type somehow. So I always seem to end up with leftovers.

That's possible but I don't see why you would need it as part of this kit. You for sure need the cam plug on the intake which isn't in the kit and has been discontinued. I'm looking for it now.

I was aware of this but that one was really unusual. Also really ticks me off they didn't put in the water pipe orings and you will 100% have to take that stuff apart. At least at the thermostat side at a minimum. Thankfully I had some.

Maybe that oring is a cam sensor oring? Which kind of ticks me off as this car doesn't have the cam sensor in that location.

I wouldn’t guess so. Like you say, the 2Ga didn’t have one there and the 2Gb (for the sensor itself, only area that one is used - no O-ring between the head and housing, sealant only) is much smaller.

It also looks too small (thickness) for the 1G style.

I could see it for the ISC because it is one of the “replaceable” seals on the trouble body. If the throttle body comes off to replace its gaskets, I could see them including the ISC o-ring as a just-in-case.

I agree that the water pipe O-rings and intake cam seal (block off) should be included. Alas, Fel-Pro isn’t likely to listen to a couple yoo-hoos on a forum for cars that have been out of production for at least 25 years. Part number MD184946; last time I looked I was not able to find an aftermarket replacement.

Paul, that skinny oring is for the CAS. I don't recognize the 6 hole gasket in your pictures for anything on my 6 bolt stuff (or 7 bolt stuff for that matter). I have to buy an assortment pack of "distributor" orings to get that for my 1g's, from Dorman. There are 3, I think, in that assortment, that fit. If it is 36mm, it's the CAS oring.

Marty, I have to disagree. Check Paul’s first picture again. Relative size of the thin O-ring is way off for the CAS O-ring ( compare to below ).

I agree Brian. I sent measurements of the od and id of the CAS oring and he said it wasn't that big and idt it's the castle nut oring either.
I couldn't find the 95-96 plug that goes where his CAS would be either......DISCONTINUED :ohdamn:
I'll post my CAS oring picture here for dimensional purposes.
OD - 36mm
ID - 30mm

I considered the castle nut as well but I wouldn’t expect a castle nut O-ring to come in a top end gasket kit. ;)
