Fastest Nitrous'd NA??

So ive seen some pretty decent setups around here, but here is what im wondering. Who has the fastest Nitrous'd NA while keeping the car smogable/near smoggable??(meaning stuff thats hidden/easily swappable for smog time)

And what does it run?

ihad a 55 shot hooked up on my na 1st gen ran a 14.5 i think but i sold the kit
 
Funny you said this I have come to a cross road where it's either turbo with stock bottom as a basic dd or a built bottom with nitrous and was thinking it woudl be cool to break or set a record for the fastest nitrous 420a. This is what I figured it would take to do that.

Either 12:1 long rod or 2.2l built bottom end
Crower stage 2 cams
Aftermarket manifold and tb
Full exhaust
good suspension setup
Slicks
a little weight reduction
Good driving
And oh yeah a 150 shot of nitrous :rocks:

well sorta smog legal. Im stuck here in Kalistan. whatever i do needs to be able to pass or converted back to a passing point. So i could get away with mild engine work and then whichever bolt ons take a short amount of time to remove from the engine bay.

All the tsuff I said would still keep a car smog legal.

edit: One thing I"m curious what would you see better gains from stroker or long rod setup on a sprayed car. I think the long rod because the ability to rev higher and the added torque would be more usefull the more displacement. It were turbo I would go with the stroker but I think long rod high compression and spray would equal a def fast car.
 
probably not going to be driving the 12:1 stroked high comp. beast on the street, unless they sell race gas at the pump where you live.

Race gas (depending if its leaded or not) usually means your CAT is toast, which will probably lead to emmissions fail.

However I'm not sure how it works in Kalistan, but up here in WA (the places that have to pass SMog) only have to go in once pass it, and don't have to worry about it for 2 years.

Yeah that's how it is here too. 12:1 is driveable on the street you just have to have 93 and timing control. Hondas run that kinda compression all day on all built motors on 93 round here and they're cool and they have even more aggressive cams then we do by far. I think 10:1 would be fine too though which I have seen more often then 12:1 anyway. Like I said I think long rod not stroker is the way to go with a big spray car anyway. There is a guy in another thread running a 175 shot with 8:8:1 with emanage.
