Is there any way other than bolt ons or a turbo kit that can make a 420a faster?

Reducing weight or nitrous..., or build a high compression motor. That is about it. The 420a was designed for reliability, not speed.

post in the 420a forum. he's right, its really hard to get a fast NA 420a but bullet has the fastest NA and he's doing 13.2 at the track all motor. all major mods...

Yep, that's pretty much all you can do "other than bolt ons or a turbo kit."

Try searching for "free mods" for the 420A.
