fastest stock block 420a

Hi I'm just trying to find out who has the fastest stock bottom end 420a. We went 14.264 last weekend so if anyone knows of anyone faster than that please post it. Also if you when slower than that post it and I will try and make a list.

Im assuming your stock block .. and boosted.. may want to clarify the setups a little...

Our run was na but we are looking for boosted or nonturbo or even stock block on spray

awddynomite is the fastest stock bottom end and turboed with a low 12 1/4 mile. Not sure with n/a.

For NA I was around the fastest stock block. with my 14.9 (granted mine was also a DD). IIRC I think about everyone else who hit 14's or better was at least 10.5 CR, but I could be wrong, Bullet probably had something rather low on a stock bottom end.

Sweet so that up around the top then. We are most likely makeing close to the same power what was your weight?

I was like the 4th guy ever in a 420a DSM to hit 14s, so yeah you are top 10 (in the N/A scene anyways). I am not sure what my curb weight was. Had an optima lightweight battery, CF hood, gutted trunk, 35lbs seats. No PS/AC, lightweight rims, front bumper support, other small things to. (was the RS version of the Talon) all in all I would say I took out a good 200-250lbs somewhere in that range.

14.2 NA would put you in second on the list beating Billy who ran a 14.6 (and then the car quickly disappeared). So congrats man! Super on the stock bottom end. Best I have done is 14.8's on stock bottom end, but I never gave it much of a nevermind.

We still have a steel hood and hatch on our car we are hopeing to be down to 2175 with a 175 lb driver.

CF is a gigantic weight savings (CF doors to! if you can foot the bill) lexan etc. Should of had me drive your car 3 years ago. When I did my 14.9, I was a 120lb driver, I have packed on marriage weight since then.

I'm only 130 its my brother who's 175 lexan isnt premited in the class he wants to run and I don't think there would be a huge weight difference be from completely gutted doors and carbon ones.

I believe they were advertised to shed over 100lbs, I'd have to look into them again, but was an amazing weight difference.
