About a week ago I had a problem with the temp sensor switch on the bottom of the radiator. I replaced it and fans came on again. 2 days later I started having the same problem with the fans not coming on. I figured I had abused the slim fans from running them direct for about 2 days after finding out the temp switch on the radiator was bad. I ran power direct to the fans and they came on. I also used a paper clip to ground the connector for the temp sensor switch but the fans did not come on, but the relay clicks. What should I do next? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Geo!

Get a trusty voltmeter and start checking your connections and wires. Sounds like you have a bad connection somewhere, which is probably the cause of the sensor going bad the first time.

Your 100% correct! On my lunch break I ran home and played with the 4 prong connector and bingo the fans light up. I removed each wire with a paper clip, squished a bit, then inserted back into the connector. Fans come on perfect. She running fine again, for now. Thanks Geo!
