fans come on immediately

if my car runs like crap (runs poorly, wont go over 2000 rpms w/o stalling) and the fans start as soon as the car turns on what does that mean? Also ive replaced the CTS and the car runs the same whether its plugged in or not.

You got the fan switch on and climate switch to turn on the AC. You turn on the key and both fans come on. Turn both switches off.

Chyslers kick the fan on when the coolant temp is unplugged. I would unplug the sensor and make sure the plug is ok. Then start checking the wires that run back to the computer.

hahah, i didnt think about the fan inside the car. I feel silly, ill go check and see if thats why its doing it.
