f1 stage 2 clutch, shim pivot ball?

I am installing a f1 gripforce stage 2 clutch in my 95awd. I remember when replacing the clutch in my 90awd I had to pull the trans out a second time to space the pivot ball out a little. There is currently no spacers behind pivot ball and I was wondering if I am going to have to do the same thing on this car. This car already had a fidanza 8lbs flywheel and I resurfaced it and reusing. Any help?
