I am trying to install the return line but it seems that everything I try leaves a kink in the line the 45* seems like it would be better if it was a 90*. If anyone has used this kit and could help me out with what you did, that would be great.

I used the kit before i had kinks got rid of it, i had a mhi though back to oem , a kink will cause problems. 90 degree more of a kink.

I bought this return line as well. I couldn't use the portion meant to bolt to the turbo because of the ridiculous angle the line would be at. They really should take this off of the extreme psi site because it doesn't fit at all. Mine was also missing an adapter so there was no way to make it work at all.

Anyways the shop I had put everything in sourced a fitting for the drain of the turbo that has one of those beaded ends that you can slip a hose over and then secure with a hose clamp. The AN part of the kit is still used on the oil pan.

I made my own return line using -10 push lock line and two 45* fittings. I only needed about 2 or 3 inches of line between them and it is kink free. This has been working fine for my hx-35 for the last 20k miles.

Thanks for the helpful replies guys. Where did you purchase the push lock fittings?
