I know this is beaten to death, but I can't find information on what I need. So I just ported out a 14b I picked up the extreme psi turbo install kit, but I have no idea where some of these things belong. I've read through various write ups, watched a couple of videos, and have become familiarized with the swapping process.
The thing is these write ups all reuse the old lines, bolts, etc. Does anyone have any info that could help me along with this? I'm in the process of trimming the front bumper for a fmic I picked up for cheap :D so I have a few days before I jump into the turbo swap. The car is stock as of now. Thanks :)

I don't see how you find it hard at all. :p You will re-use the stock coolant lines and use new crush washers the new feed should go to the head. The new drain just goes in the same way the old one was. Maybe your question is too broad, what specifically are you having trouble with?

I don't know, I think seeing the baggie full of little washers and fittings has me overthinking things :p
Its just that there are some parts in the bag I didn't see in the write ups so I have no clue where they go. Yea I'm a total noob :D

I don't have much space to work, so I want to make sure I have everything ready and know where everything goes to make this as quick of an install as possible is all :)

By the looks of the picture on their site every new bolt has a washer that goes with it. So the drain has 2 bolts into the oil pan and 2 into the turbo (the silver ones in the picture) they each have a washer for them as well as the gaskets for between the drain. Then the j-pipe has 2 bolts and 2 washers that go into the turbo. It doesn't look like they included crush washers in the picture, if they didn't I would go buy a few.

So this is everything that was included (except for the jpipe)

The 4 copper things are crush washers. They go on both sides of the banjo fittings for the water lines. (You'll see old ones when you take the lines off the stock turbo) The blue pipe pieces screw onto the silver fittings (silver fittings go on the bottom of the turbo and one goes on the oil pan with the paper-type gaskets between them) with the blue line between the pipe peices. Everything else is as I said before.

Thanks that helped me out a lot ;)
What about the little gold piece pictured by the black gasket?

That is a vac nipple. You drill and tap it into the IC piping and have a vac line from there to the nipple on the wastegate. A boost controller can go in this line as well if your running one.

Ok I figured as much. Thanks for the help and patience :)

silly questions somewhat on this topic..
im installing an e3 16g for my buddies 1g fwd, the package came with a 2g install kit and i was wondering if all the fittings and hoses will work to replace the old ones on the 1g?
thanks
