OK first off I'd like to list my car, it's a 1990 TSI AWD Eagle Talon with the following mods:
Apexi 3in. turboback exhaust (no cat)
Turbo XS MBC (14psi) , boost gauge
Act 2600 clutch
K&N filter
Turbo XS RFL BOV
My goal in this post is to show what exact setup I'd want and for you guys to make some suggestions if anything is out of place. I'll highlight my questions in bold.
Turbo - Evo 3 16g - ported , ? = what about clipping it, is it worth it?
Exhaust - ATR DSM 02 housing with dump tube, Evo 3 ported exhaust manifold, ? = will I need an external wastegate for the o2 dump or is this optional?
Intercooler - FMIC - ? = What exact core should I get?
Fuel - ? = Walbro 190 or 255 , FIC 650cc Injectors, AFC - 1 or 2, Fuel Pressure Regulator
MAF setup - MAF translator with GM MAF and 3 inch intake pipe or a setup with 2g maf? Also what type of intake do I use with the preferred setup?
Suspension - KYG shocks and struts, what kind of springs?
These mods are what I would like to complete on my car within the next couple months. Another addition is probably TRE / shep tranny and rebuilding my motor. With setups like these I was wondering if there are small odds and ends that need to be changed, one of which is obvious that I can see is the radiator setup or at least the fans.
Any help or suggestions would greatly be appreciated as I'd like to use this page as a reference guide and I'm sure many others would too.

You'd be better off with just a 1G BOV recirculated, cheaper and more effective.
