For those that are running 90 OFHs and other OFHs that have the provisions for external oil coolers on a 2G, what have you done concerning the forward driver side fender liner?

Using -10AN to reach the right side I have not been able to angle the hose, either by using straight or 45 degree hose ends, where it doesn't interfere with the fender liner to the point where it just doesn't sit correctly anymore.
Is everyone just cutting/removing that piece?

Yeah - I cut a slot so I can take the inside fender liner on and off without removing the oil lines. I have 90 deg hose ends on the lines to the OFH, and the Oil cooler.

How do you do 90s on the ofh unless your oil cooler is in a different spot.. and -10 isn't very flexible

This is what I'm dealing with, but since this is my first 2G, I wonder if there's something I'm missing

A 45 off the ofh clears that hump in the liner but then it's no good angle to the cooler. I'd need like.. a 135 deg which doesn't seem to exist.

With the line there, you can see the gap the liner makes to the fender well.

I still have the ABS pump on this corner, so it was fun to route.

I’m actually going to replace the hoses and the cooler to age them out of service. I might be using 8AN, I need to check.
