Im Getting an exhauset put on my car next week its a 1993 gs 2.0l nt with headers an intake i want to know what size piping to get for best performance. please help

i think most NA performance exhuast systems are usually somewhere around 2.5-2.75in.

ok i bought a sports muffler with a 2.5 inch inlet. but now i kind of want biger pipping. does the inlet have to match the pipping or can i get bigger pipping with a smaller inlet

there is no real point in going bigger then 2.5 on the piping when the exhaust is going to have to fit through a 2.5 muffler inlet at the back. So Id go with 2.5 piping. Although you could get a reducer right before the muffler, but that would not be the smartest idea.
