I am looking to put a new exhaust system on my '96 GS-T. What would be the best one to put on it? I don't want it to be extremely loud, just have that throaty sound. Price is an issue, however. I would like to keep it pretty cheap. Around $100-$150.

Thank you.

Cheap thats really cheap take it to a muffler shop and have one made for you, if you want to stay in that price range.

Ok cheap catback for 150 is not crazy..That not really an exhaust to 75% of us here..But anything is better than stock..

Honestly 103 shipped is really damm cheap..Even for ebay..I say buy it, test it out, and write a review for it.

The cheapest one I'd buy on eBay is the SRS catback. It's true 3", stainless steel, and $199 shipped to your door. Plus quite a few members on here have it and like the sound and fitment of it.

Thank you very much! I am going to look into those, as well as talk to a local muffler shop. : )

classifieds is always a great starting point, dont know your local laws and whatnot but even just ditching your cat and getting just a cheap muffler and pipe to make up the difference is a cheap way to free up some flow
