exhaust pluged up?

so with my car sitting in neutral if i push the pedal to the floor it will shoot up to 4500 no probleme but from there to redline it is real laggy and the exhaust makes a real rattly noise right under floor board about were the cat is . its a real ni apexi 3 inch catback. any ideas?

Both could be right, check to make sure the plugs and wires are still good and when you put on the new exhaust, did you check to make sure the cat was clean? If it's the stock cat, it has a lot of build up in there. You should go get a high flow cat

I've had my cat plug up. Weeks later there was a big explosive sound, lots of smoke, and blam car was back to normal. Found out later the cat gutted itself

well i got a full turbo back exhaust with high flow cat and all it like 1 1/2 years old. plugs on the other hand may need to be replaced will look in to both thanks again fellas
