Evo Pistons on 1g rods

Just to update this for future searches. I have a motor (currently being assembled) with 1g 6 bolt stock rods and EVO 8 Wiseco pistons going in. (Wiseco part number K595855).

Just to add to this i have been running factory evo 8 pistons on 1g rods for little over a year in my 2g. Got a really good deal on them, dropped it off at the machine shop and they guy took care of it. Stumbled across this post because i plan on turning the car up this season and was curious to what is the weak point in this combo.
