Evo 8 turbo on 2g?

I was wondering if the evo 8 turbos bolted up to the 2g eclipse manifolds? Thanks

Its basically a standard 16g it just has a twin scroll turbine housing and on the later models had a huge turbine housing. Secondly the turbo is facing the oposite way so the turbine housing would sit towards the radiator and most likely cause fitment issues. Save yourself the time/money/effort and just buy yourself a 16g or b16g.

not trying to be rude but if you search for evo viii turbos you should find a previous thread on that. But to answer your question, no it will not. I can't remember all of the differences but the main one is that the turbo sits backwards to the way the trubo sits in a DSM. If you can find that thread it will go into more detail. I would try to help you find it but I am about to get off. I wish they would though because I could get one off of an 03 for free and I saw somewhere else that they flow like 46 lb/min or something like that.
