EVO 8 Intercooler

What are peoples thoughts about the Intercooler from the EVO 8?
My friend upgraded his intercooler from his EVO 8 and I wanted to get it to put on my
TALON. I think it would be better than the stock SMIC. but I could be wrong

Anything is better than the stock sidemount. Since your getting it for next to nothing, might as well.

It would imagine it would work, just like the other guys said, anything is better than the SMIC....

If you're getting it for free then heck ya take it. Make up some piping for it and put it on. Then when you need to get a better fmic, you can just buy the intercooler cuz the piping is already made. If you're paying over 100 bux then I'd say save for a good aftermarket one. I have one friend running one on his 91 with a basic 16g setup and he likes the IC so far.
