Got the car only had evap code and 02 sensor code. Added hose clamps on the loose vacuum lines and reattached a ground (will post picture of the ground that got reconnected) then I got the 02 sensor code and the fma code. Checked the vac lines I could follow. I dont have a vacuum diagram to check them all. No cracks or breaks that I could see and no loose fittings. Then I got the misfire codes removed and reattached plug wires from coil pack and plugs. I will be testing the coil pack this afternoon. The misfire code went away but it has a very rough idle and you can tell it's missing but not sending misfire codes anymore.

Sounds like the front 02 sensor is bad.
(Which would be bank 1, or upstream.)
When it goes bad it causes the car to run very rich. Which is why it misfires.
