Resolved EPROM in a 90

I just read over in the 1000 FAQ that the 90s had a EPROM ECU. Is this true? And if it is what are the benefits of one?

Neither one of my 90's had one. I have an AWD Talon and a FWD Eclipse. An EPROM ECU allows you to upgrade the chip for better performance and such.

I don't know how it got started, but for some reason people think that all 90's have an EPROMs. They don't and they are very hard to find. Check this page out it will give you some good info.
