English racing little 1g pass

Hello everyone. Im returning to the dsm forums after being in the evo community for more than 6 years. Just wanted to post up a pass i took in the Engish Racing 1g of lucas's. He is a good friend of mine and has let me take the 1g talon out for the last few months. Anyway, i got one lonly pass in and it was my best to date. I have had numerous 10.15 10.12 and ects with the car turned down. Aaron at er took out some timming and lowered the launch a little to make it stayed consistant for my bracket racing. well, even turned down this thing is flying. I turned some v8 heads yesterday . anyway, most know this car, its a 1g auto with a hta68 little guy on it. I hope to break into the 9's with it before lucas ( sorry lucas ).

Im not sure. I think he still has me with a 10.009. I think. It may have been a 10.09 tho. if so then barley

Welcome back! I know it must have felt good to be out in that little auto 1g mixin it up with the v8s. It also must be nice to have friends who let you jump in their hot rod and run it down the track. Good luck on that nine.

Gravedigger: It truly is great to have a friend like Lucas. We are currenlty working a building a bad azz Evo, and he let me run his 1g while we do this. I just took first place in the final Import series this saturday. I also ran out a little faster on the same tune. Went 10.067 @ 132. I also got my very first 1.3 60' saturday too . 1.397. We have less than 30 days till the tracks close, so next weekend lucas said we can throw all the power back into it and see how deep in the 9's she can go if at all. Ive been smiling all weekend. Engilsh Racing is hands down the best 4g63 shop around.

Wow, that's great man! That 60' had to really set you back in the seat. Nice job and I'll look forward to hearing more about the quest for nines. I'll also be looking for the bad azz Evo in the future.
