Still would like to know if you all are flowing the rated "47 lb/min". I'm just curious if it can be pushed further than what its rated for with some nifty port work.

Is that weight with a full lexan window set? I thought that car still had all the glass in it in the old pics with lucas's wife driving?

Are you clicking into OD? What kind of RPM are you seeing at the top of drive? ...and OD.

Congrats!

Billy has been racing this car alot this year so video is not 1st priority. The main reason the car is picking up time is the nice NW cold weather. The tune its self is turned down from the shot out right now 3deg less timing and 3200rpm launch instead of 3500rp. So the cold and Billys weight is the reason for faster.

This car has a lexon rear window only and that is only because I broke the glass one while taking weight out. Hope you guys appreciate the honesty about this car. Since this car has a stock dash doors and carpet by 1st look it does not look crazy light. There has been many cars in the past that are fast that are light and the owners choose to hide it causing them to look super special.

The car does have plates and is reg so It really could drive on the street. Just getting in a wreck might be a bad deal. I have driven it to the track and back a few times this year.

As said it has a roll bar and is legal for 10.0 and under 135mph. It has only done 2 9sec passes in its life and I doubt it will be a common deal since this car will not change.

I know it has well over 100+ low 10sec passes this year and is untouched. Have not even changed the oil.

We are shifting OD in the car. Make the shift around the 1000ft mark at 7k in drive.

There is no nifty port work, its bolt on and go.

Everyone on this board seems hung up on lbs/min but in this case it does flow rather close to that. It made a best of 408whp through the auto on a stock converter. Those have been dyno'd (stock) to be 11-12% less than a manual between the auto and the converter. This would put it at 450-460whp which if you want to use the rule of thumb that 1lb/min is 10whp then it works out.

I have seen cars make 60 lbs per min and only put down 500whp through a manual. It was properly setup according to ECMlink Forum's way of doing things as well. Boost estimate matched, displacement was right, etc. Cams and headwork as well intake manifold play too much of a role to use that as a hard and fast rule. It does what it does. Its not hard to exceed the rated lbs/min anyway if you can cheat with fuel and compression like a full methanol car.

Thank you to Lucas and the english racing team for 1. building this car and 2. sharing information about this car.

It is very much appreciated.

You guys just bring that magic to sac... I got something for you guys that will mix the little grey auto and the fp3065 green car into some sort of 2.3 fp3065 auto contraption that I am sure Lucas can tune into single digits like he does with everything else he touches...

I click the OD on at right about 7k. I got out super clean on the 9.95 pass. The 60' was only a 1.42 but the 1/8 was 6.33 at 110. This car is all 1/8mile. On kill mode and a 1.3x 60' i have no doughts i can go 9.8x.

Much love for the HTA68. Maybe I should just purchase one of these for my fwd that weighs 1976 no driver and bolt on the PTE6262 on my daily. Hmmm that really gets the wheels in my head turning. Good job guys on the great feat.
