engine wont run or idle

I have a 95 non-turbo eclipse I bought last summer. Ive had some issues with it since I bought it. The only major things Ive had to replace were the fuel pump and the radiator. I replaced the radiator in early February and it was running great up to 2 weeks ago. The problem with it now is it cranks but wont catch and will only catch if Im on the gas. After its started it will only idle for 3 to 4 seconds before stalling, once it stalls all the relays in the engine bay start chattering and the guages dance around. Ive checked the batter and alternator both are fine, I also replaced the fuel filter to no effect. Im out of ideas. Thanks for any help you might have

I would check all your fuse and then all your vacuum hoses

Check your fuel pump relay, fuses, and the ecu, it could be on its way out or bad now. check it out.
