engine vibrates at 3k-6500rpms??

Ya can't figure out y my engine vibrates at 3k-6500 rims. Timed it rite an stuff. Am I just gunna have to do a balance shaft eliminator kit an maybe solve the problem? Help me. I just put a fresh built head on with 200 mile on it. An I get vibration at 3k an up revs n pulls? Help

does it only happen on hard pulls. and high boost? can you feel the vibrations in the steering wheel?

Ya im thinking the balance shaft too. Everything was timed rite triple checked.

No vibration in steering wheel. Like if ## getting on the freeway n bring it up to 3k in the rpms u can feel the vibration. An free roving it also. Its kinda irritating being I just got it all back together. Need someone close to were I live to swing b n check it out.

check your rear balance shaft
get under the car and remove the inspection plug and see if you can hit the shaft with a screw driver if you can its 180* out

You're going to have to redo the t-belt, the rear balance shaft was backwards when you installed the belt.
There's a plug on back of the block for you to check this.

Ya I will try that. Kinda feel like just getting the balance eliminator kit an wouldn't have that problem any more . But idk. Toss up

Does remind me the balance shaft belt did seem alil loose. But all marks were lined up though.

I would just fix the problem, removing the balance shafts will require you to take off the front case, should be done during an overhaul.

Ahh ok. I've heard do the bse with the motor still in the car is a nightmare.

Pretty much, there's no room when the motor is in the car. All you gotta do is take the belt off, turn the oil pump sprocket around and re-time everything. When you screwed the sprocket on, the balance shaft was facing the wrong way, that's why everything lined up but you're getting a vibration.

Ahh gotcha
