alright i was in the process of fixing a stupid heater core because there was anti freeze all over my interior anyways besides the point. So i am looking in my engine bay and i see some oil on the head around the turbo manifold by the 4th cylinder i give it a rev while standing there and i notice a puff of blue smoke come from the manifold (guessing there is an exhaust leak there and i should get a new gasket. but the oil around it is what concerns me. I cant tell if it is a leaky valve cover gasket or what in the pictures you can see the blue circles where you can see oil on the head right beneath the valve cover where i swiped my finger on it. the red circles are where the smoke came from and looked as if it bubbled when the smoke came out. What could this be. im hoping just my valve cover gasket is leaking and i am in need of a new exhaust gasket wich is making the oil drip down and burning it.

get your self a coolant presure tester... if you loose pressure check arround the head and surounding area ex:coolant line to turbo thats were mine was..as for the oil it almost looks like valve cover gasket.

alright today while looking around i noticed the the 14mm bolt on my exhaust manifold was pretty loose. the very bottom left corner on the manifold its the only 14mm bolt for some reason the others are all 12mm. anyways i tightened that quite a bit and when i reved it there was alot less blue smoke. anyways after i reved it i went back to my exhaust pipe and i found a puddle :notgood:. not reallys sure what it is seems like water but its black. i don't have the tools to do i compression test but im goingn to talk to a co worker today i think he has the tools to do it. the car was completely warm when i did all of this too. here are some pics of the tail pipe.

you can kind of see some of the white smoke coming out of the tail pipe.
