I know fo a couple of similar threads but none of them answered clearly, and they all had a problem with the dipstick popping out.

My dipstick does not pop out and i dont have the light smoke from the dipstick.

I do have light smoke from the oil cap hole when the cap is removed, what is this?

I also have a little smoke from the exhaust when reving up...(i a couple exhaust leaks and a cracked manifold)...what could this be.

I second that. Check your oil level first. If that's fine the I'd check your PCV valve for propper operation. When you open the oil cap, is there a LOT of smoke, or just a little waft of blow by smoke? If your PCV is clogged your building all of that excess blow by gas in your engine and it can't escape. Yes another common sign is the dipstick popping out but just because it's not dosent mean it's not the PCV or a similar problem.
