Smoke from oil filler cap? normal?

alright so i just took my dsm out for a little drive and when i got back i just was checking how much oil i had and all making sure its full. and for some reason i just wanted to take off the oil filler cap and when i did, smoke started comeing out. is this normal?

mine does that too. after i drive to regular temp. it kinda smoke from the cap when i open it. but just little not to much. even on both my 99 gst and my 91 talon. both turbo cars.
 
completely normal. its more evaporation of condensation than it is smoke. when your motor heats uo the steel sweats so to speak and 99 percent of what you are seeing is that evaporation and not so much smoke.
 
had the same thing on my 240sx when checking the oil, it was more of a vapor than smoke, didnt linger and only lasted for a second. I wouldnt worry about it
